The beloved Mountainside Farmers Market kicks off its 2026 season this Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM. Residents can expect over 25 local vendors offering fresh produce, artisanal breads, homemade jams, and handcrafted goods.

We're excited to bring the community together again, said market coordinator Sarah Mitchell. This year we've added several new vendors, including a local honey farm and a gluten-free bakery.

The market runs every Saturday through October and is located in the downtown municipal parking lot. Free parking is available, and well-behaved pets on leashes are welcome.

Highlights this week:

• Live music from the Mountainside High School jazz band
• Free reusable shopping bags for the first 50 visitors
• Kids' corner with face painting and crafts
